Welcome to Anna Eny Khuroidah become our Managing Director, Funding Manager, Business Development Manager in UAE.
From 2022-09-20, Anna started to work in IBG Project Mangement LLC is the Middle East branch of Idébanken Group, which explores the Business in Asian countries. Anna will be working with business developing, and Funding managing from her base in our UAE office, at Aspin Commerial Tower, Sheikh Zayeed Road, Dubai.
Anna has more than 10 years experiences of yacht manager with various key responsibilities of the Role include managing projects, yacht maintenance, monitoring the Yachts certification and refits, budgeting, employee training.
Idébanken Group’s Linda Gustafsson, CEO said she was “enthused” by Anna’s appointment, adding she is “confident Anna will continue to grow our customer base especially in Dubai”.

Former Nasdaq executive joins Idébanken Group management team.
Niclas is responsible for the Nasdaq Master List in Sweden, with a particular focus on growth markets (Nasdaq First North), and is responsible for the Listing of approximately 600 companies on Nasdaq First North. Before joining Nasdaq in 2016, he held various senior positions in the cCapital markets, asset management and international divisions of the Banking industry, and lastly served as Vice President at Handelsbanken.
He has studied economics at Stockholm University, University of the West Indies and Wharton University of Pennsylvania. While in the West Indies, he was the coach of the Trinidad and Tobago national table tennis team.
From July 20, 2022, Niclas embarked on a new journey as Senior Advisor and then Acting CEO of Idébanken Group. In recent years the Group has fully developed with its partners because of its flexible business plans and strategies, as well as extensive industry coverage. After the Proven financial market expert Niclas joins the Management team, he will be responsible for listing business, business development and investor relations.

Idébanken Group (CSR Fonder Sverige AB) plans to a directed issue of 75 million Class B shares, raising proceeds of approximately SEK 1,800 million.
Idébanken Group (CSR Fonder Sverige AB) (“IBG”) has, based on the Authorization granted by IBG’s Annual General Meeting on 13 July 2022, resolved to carry out a direct share issue of 75,000,000 Class B shares at a subscription price of SEK 25.3 per share (the “Issue”). Through the Issue, Idébanken Group (CSR Fonder Sverige AB) will receive proceeds amounting to approximately SEK 1,800 million before costs related to the Issue. Subscribers to the Issue consist of a large number of Swedish and international institutional investors. The Reason for the Deviation from the Shareholders’ preferential rights is to carry out the Issue in a time- and cost-effective manner, and to further diversify the Shareholder base.
The New share issue entails a dilution effect of approximately 3.61 per cent in relation to the Total number of shares and approximately 9.40 per cent in relation to the Total number of votes in Balder by increasing the Number of outstanding shares from 420,000,000 to 495,000,000 (divided into 42,000,000 shares of Class A and 453,000,000 Class B shares) and the Number of votes increases from 798,000,000 to 873,000,000.
Idébanken Group (CSR Fonder Sverige AB) has undertaken, on normal terms, not to issue additional shares for a period of 153 days from the Settlement date of the Issue.

Name changing From CSR Fonder Sverige AB to Idébanken Group (Sweden) and IBG Group (Except for Sweden)
In order to better develop international business and build our brand, the Board of directors decided that the Company will apply to change the original name from CSR Fonder Sverige AB to Idébanken Group AB (in Sweden) from this week after an extra board meeting on 2022-06-22. We will post it here after approval. Please note that the Idébanken Group name will be IBG Group in abroad.
